Every service is done with intention and attention to detail, from the treatments I offer to the atmosphere I’ve created. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. As a small business owner, last-minute changes impact my ability to care for clients. For this reason, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The following policies apply:

• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee of the service price.

• Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in a 100% fee of the service price.

• A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Late arrivals past 10 minutes will be subject to a late fee. Services may be shortened when necessary to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

• Repeated late arrivals may result in a late fee, even if within the grace period.

• Appointments that cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival will need to be rescheduled and will result in a 100% fee of the service price.
